HOW TO USE

Diffuse: Add 3-5 drops of any essential oil per 100ml water.

Apply: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil before applying to the desired area.

A Lively Citrus Scent

A lively citrus scent with notes of Lemon, Eucalyptus and Lavender. I start my day with a few drops in my diffuser and it really helps with my allergies and sinus issues.

Clears Up Blocked Noses

This really helped to clear my blocked nose when I needed it the most. Love how the Puras representative also taught me to add some Peppermint Essential Oil for an extra kick!
