Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once orders are placed, they are not able to be amended or cancelled. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day and dispatched accordingly.

Order Tracking

A Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Puras is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g. tariffs, taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages
Puras is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. However, should you receive a damaged order, please contact us at info@mypuras.com.au and we would be happy to assist in any way possible. Please retain all packaging materials and evidence of damaged goods.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Australia.
