Conditions for Returns
In order to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The Product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The Product was purchased at full price
- The Product is in an unopened, unused condition and retains its original packaging
- You have a valid proof of purchase (including e-receipt)
Returning Goods
Please note that the return postage fee will be the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of faulty or defective goods.
We reserve the right to be exempted from any cost or liability due to Products that are damaged or lost while in transit. Therefore, we recommend you use protective wrapping and an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Product or proof of received return delivery.
Returning Faulty/Defective Items
While unlikely, if at any time you receive a defective or faulty PURAS product, please contact us within 7 days with a detailed description and pictures of the defects. Once the product is returned to us for inspection and meets our return conditions, we would be happy to process a replacement and all corresponding postage fees. Please note that it is at our sole discretion to refuse any item that does not meet our conditions.
