HOW TO USE

Diffuse: Add 3-5 drops of any essential oil per 100ml water.

Apply: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil before applying to the desired area.

My Super Oil

I keep my Puras Frankincense EO with me all the time, it is my super oil.I discovered that it helped to calm my sons nerves when he was sick. He was feeling really uncomfortable and restless one night, he couldnt sit or lie down, it was like a panic attack. So I rubbed some pre-diluted Frankincense EO onto my sons chest and miraculously, he settled and calmed down. I use it to help me sleep at night and found that it can also help with bruises and swelling of the gums. I think the benefits of this precious oil are endless

Well-Priced and Excellent Quality
