HOW TO USE

Diffuse: Add 3-5 drops of any essential oil per 100ml water.

Apply: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil before applying to the desired area.

My Super Oil

I keep my Puras Frankincense EO with me all the time, it is my super oil.I discovered that it helped to calm my sons nerves when he was sick. So I rubbed some pre-diluted Frankincense EO onto my sons chest and miraculously, he settled and calmed down.
